The PCC Women's Tennis team made history for their program today as they finished the KJCCC Conference tournament tied for second place. Cowley College took home the crown. Pratt Community College and Barton County Community College tied for second place while Seward County Community College finished in 4th place. This is a great achievement for the program. All 3 of the other teams listed above are ranked among the top 9 teams in the country, while Pratt currently sits at #13. 

The team was led by their #2 doubles team, Ebonie Russell and Emma Guzman who took home the conference title for themselves. Their win over Barton Community College's #2 team was a defining moment for the second day of competition.  

The team is looking forward to the new national rankings that are scheduled to be released tomorrow. The team is now going to prepare for their trip to the national tournament in a little over a week. The team will compete from May 2-5.
