Pratt Men win KJCCC Tournament Title

The PCC Men's Tennis team was crowned KJCCC Tournament champions today for the first time since the return of the program. This is a milestone for the program who had to battle through 3 of the top 7 teams in the country to win the title.

This is another great achievement for the team, which has been performing at a high level all year. Some of the standouts from the tournament's singles play include Kenta Kawada, KJCCC Champion at #4 singles, Tiaan Clark Nelson, KJCCC Champion at #5 singles, and Edward Westfall, KJCCC Champion at #6 singles. On the doubles side, PCC standouts include Kenneth Rabinad Vila and his partner Sam Dinneen, KJCCC Champions at #1 Doubles and Thiofhi Tshivhase and his partner Kenta Kawada, KJCCC Champions at #2 doubles.

The team won 5 of the possible 9 flights at the tournament. They now turn their sights to their final competition before leaving for the National Tournament in mid-May. The team will play host to McPherson College on May 4.
